My wife and I were in the mood for some Mexican food and settled on Palenque for dinner. We were seated immediately in a nice booth. The salsa and chips were delivered before we could get settled. We both ordered Fajitas, one chicken and one steak. The caramelized onions were delicious with the steak. For dessert I ordered the Flan. WOW! Amazing! I make my own Flan, which, I've been told is pretty darn good. Palenque's was better. So creamy and perfect caramel sauce. Worth coming just for that. If you're in the McFarland area, this restaurant won't disappoint.

Came in to dine with my husband on Cinco de Mayo. Within 10 minutes we had cold drinks, hot food, and wonderful service. Despite it being busy that didn’t slow anything down. Professional and friendly Marco was our waiter. Favorite place for flavorful dinner & we will keep coming back 🙂

Do I need a reservation?

We accept reservations Monday through Thursday.
On Fridays and Saturdays, we operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis and do not take reservations.

Do you have outdoor seating available?

Weather permitting, we offer outdoor patio seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Our outdoor seating is pet friendly!
